N.J. state trooper pleads guilty to pulling over and stalking female motorist in his patrol car

A New Jersey state trooper has pleaded guilty to fourth-degree tampering with public records after he unlawfully stopped and followed a female motorist in his patrol vehicle, acting state Attorney General Andrew Bruck announced on Tuesday.
